Dear Fellow USBCA Members, and List Members,
I am so very excited to be passing this along.
I can hardly restrain my extreme enthusiasm with our fine organization, the
USBCA! After a long 33 years, we are finally sending an American to play in
an International Braille Chess Association event (IBCA).
We will certainly be rooting hard for our long time USBCA member Alexander
L. Barrasso !
I am sure he will show all those Chess Players from other countries, that
indeed here in the States:
"Yes, Blind and Visually Impaired People Can, and Do Play Chess!"
With Best Regards,
God Bless
Alan
