[Nfbf-l] Serving as an Ambassador at state convention

Greetings Federationist,

Our state convention is fast approaching, so make plans to attend our
exciting family reunion in Tampa. One of the things that make our
convention run smoother is the help of our ambassadors. An ambassador
is a person who is assigned several task throughout the convention.
Those can be, but not limited to:
•	directing members to locations
•	reporting issues to the correct person in charge
•	making sure all rooms stay tidy and clear of trash
•	Maintaining the flow of traffic  in congested areas
•	Should know where convention rooms, bathrooms, hospitality and any
other major areas are
•	Assisting with elevators
•	Monitoring times for workshops

If you believe that you have the skills, and would like to serve as an
ambassador, please contact Paul Martinez by May 15th.
