Just a little information regarding the Stress Relief seminar. The first 25
people in the door will receive a gift to support one coping technique/skill

All participants will receive a ticket to win a stress relief basket. Below
you will find 101 ways to help with managing stress; however, what you'll
learn during the seminar are some of the skills/techniques I teach my
client to manage stress and anxiety.
I am looking forward to seeing you all in 17 days! Find the 101 ways below
my signature.
With warmest regards,
Merry Schoch, LCSW
