For those that do not know, Tech Time happens once a month.  The focus is the use of smart phones by the visually impaired, but we are open to other technology related topics if there is interest.  This month will be focused on Windows 10.  Since Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, it is important to consider upgrading to Windows 10 or purchasing a computer with Windows 10.  Hardware and software compatibility with Windows 10 will be discussed.   The latest version of Microsoft Edge is now accessible with screen magnification and screen reading software.
