[NFBF-L] next Tech Time learn about iOS 16

For those that do not know, Tech Time happens once a month and is put on by
the Conklin Davis Center.  The focus is the use of smart phones by the
visually impaired, but we are open to other technology related topics if
there is interest.  iOS 16 has recently been released and there are new
VoiceOver voices, new features in Mail and new features in text messages.
These will be demonstrated.  If you want to participate, you can call in
using the information below:
