Hello Sunrise and Shine Family!!
Sending out this announcement to let you all know that we will not be
holding a Zoom call this week, (originally slated for Thursday, April 25th).
Don't despair though because we will be back on the second Thursday in May
at 9:00 AM (EST).
Our call on May 9th will be a salute to moms everywhere! I'm guessing that
most of the folks reading this email have had a mom, (I know I had a
wonderful one), and with Mothers Day closely following our May 9th 'Rise and
Shine, we thought this call would be lots of fun.
As a sneak peek into a future call, we'll be getting some experts together
to hold a call about the Zoomax E-Reader. Several people have reached out
asking that we explore the ins and outs of using the Zoomax E-Reader and
NFB-NEWSLINER. I hope that we can hold this call in late May or early June,
(stayed tuned for announcements).
Before I forget, I wanted to take a moment to thank all who attended our
last call with Hans Jorgen Wiberg from Be My Eyes. Our gathering went better
than I could have ever dreamed and in fact, we broke our Sunrise attendance
record. More than 50 people were on the call at some point and I know from
speaking with Hans, he was truly impressed with the group and with the
comments and questions we offered.
I believe strongly that the future of Sunrise and Shine with NFB-NEWSLINE is
bright and know that its all because of you, the kind and wonderful loyal
family members.
See you all in just a couple of weeks.
With warmth and gratitude,
Russ Davis, Coordinator
