It has been brought to my attention that several members did not understand
the explanation of the Holiday Calendar Raffle. Our affiliate conducts two
raffles each year. This is the second one and will be done November 1
through 30. Below are the pertinent details:

*	Each day in November, one raffle ticket will be pulled. That means
there are 30 winners in November.
*	Monday through Friday, the winning ticket nets a prize of $25.
*	Saturday and Sunday, the winner receives $50.
*	Thanksgiving Day, the winner receives $100.
*	Each ticket costs $5.
*	If a ticket is drawn for a prize, it will be put back in the tumbler
for additional chances to win. So, one ticket could win on multiple days.
*	Each day's drawing will be posted to YouTube. I can send the video
link to our chapter list so those interested in listening or watching can
hear or see the drawing take place. Paul Martinez, our 1st Vice President,
does this so all can see and know the precautions we take for fairness. It
is also fun to hear the few minutes drawing take place!

Please ensure each ticket stub that is turned in has the name and phone
number written on it. This is important to make sure we know who the winner
is.

All ticket stubs and money collected must be turned over to me by October
24, so I can get them to Paul prior to November 1. Please contact me if you
are unable to come to the car show on October 12. I want to make sure
everyone's efforts to sell tickets are respected.

Camille
