[NFBF-Melbourne] Polo Shirt Ordering, Payment and Delivery

Melbourne Space Coast Chapter,

This is an update on the chapter polo shirts.  I'd like to clarify for you about ordering, payment and delivery of the shirts
No payment in advance was accepted, with the exception of Marilyn Womble who paid for her shirt in 2020 and patiently waited until we actually ordered the shirts in 2022. Lol.
Again, no payment in advance was accepted.  The chapter paid the supplier, picked up the shirts, and I have been delivering shirts and receiving payment as I meet with members.  
I do not give any chapter member their shirt until I receive payment for it from the member. I made exceptions to this rule only for state affiliate and board members who were busy at the functions where we met and later paid via Paypal or credit card, for which I have a digital paper trail.
Cash payments must be paid at the time you receive your shirt, not before, and not after.
Chapter members who have a polo shirt have paid for it.  If you do not have a polo shirt, that means you have not paid for it.  
Obviously, the shirt is your receipt, and the paper trail is with your treasurer and the bank records.
I will be contacting those who haven't received their shirts and who I hope to see at the next chapter meeting at the Brevard Hispanic Center on November 12, to arrange for you to pay for and receive your shirt.
