For those who don't know, Tech Time happens once a month and is put on by the Conklin Davis Center. The focus is the use of smart phones, but other topics are also covered. The topic for this month is the powerful Drafts app. This app can be used as a text editor, but it is much more powerful ()than the average text editor.
