We are pleased to share the Zoom invitation for our 2023 State Convention.
We will stream the following meetings: 

 

Friday, October 6: 

7 p.m.: Resolutions Committee 

8 p.m.: Board Meeting 

 

Saturday, October 7: 

9 a.m.: General Session I

 

Sunday, October 8: 

9 a.m.: General Session II 

7 p.m.: Banquet 

 

Here are some notes to be aware of: 

 

*	All participants on Zoom will be muted upon entry. There will be no
opportunity to speak on the floor, nominate someone for a Board of Directors
position or run for an open position. All voting will take place in-person
at the Embassy Suites USF on Sunday, October 6. There will be no opportunity
to vote on any motions on the floor, make comments from the floor or any
other activity that requires an in-person vote. 
*	The chat will be disabled for all streaming activities. 
*	Availability of the Zoom stream is based upon the hotel's internet
capacity. We will make every effort to stream using the hotel's equipment.
