Dear Vendor/Exhibitor/Speaker

We welcome you to participate in the Brevard County Talking Books Library's
14th Annual Vision Fair on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.  Our theme this year
is "A Day to Discover New Technology and Services".   The Fair will showcase
our community's resources for the visually impaired in the areas of medical
assistive devices, technology, entertainment and educational resources,
information on independent living, career services, organizations of support
and much more!  

This year we would like to highlight our participating vendor's product
lines by inviting you to participate in our Vision Fair raffle.  We invite
you to donate an item of merchandise of your choosing to the raffle prize
drawing to represent your company.  Companies that contribute to the raffle
will receive specific mention in the advertisement of our event. 

Exhibition hours are from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm and presenters will have
access starting at 9:00 am.  Our event will be held at the Central Brevard
Public Library at 308 Forrest Ave, Cocoa FL 32922. Space is limited and will
be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

To reserve your spot in this year's Vision Fair please complete the
