Greetings: 

 

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit your agenda
descriptions for state convention is approaching. Committee and division
leaders must submit their descriptions for the convention agenda no later
than August 15. Most committees will be given 50 minutes for their workshops
and divisions will be given 1 hour and 50 minutes. If a committee would like
more time, please contact me directly prior to August 15. Divisions will not
receive additional agenda time. Thank you.
