Don’t be jealous. Just cut back on your portion and anything that has to do with sugar starches and carbs and just try to dance a little bit that your body can handle and you will get there. I didn’t lose that weight fast it took time for me to figure out what my body does to lose the weight I had to sit and think from 2018 and it finally came to me on what I needed to do. To make funny to make it LOL ha ha I’m jealous of my own selfBecause I never thought I’d go from 260 pounds down to 242. A few more pounds and I will be the same weight I was when I used to work at MERRY at waterside. I think if I get down to 235 I’ll be able to fit back into my jeans. But just here lately she’s my right leg been bothering me so I haven’t been able to dance as much to music. But I try to do leg exercises so my leg won’t get stiff.l

Because I was able to get back into my overalls have a button and a zipper on the left-hand side. So I know some of my other jeans with buttons I’ll be able to get back into in a few more months. I also the days I am not in pain I run around the house with FROM SCHOOL or if he’s napping I turn up the music loud enough where I can feel it and just dance. I doctors are proud of me to say how in the world did you lose all that weight during coronavirus and I told them. And they said they wish their patients who are fully cited and fully Hearing can do the same thing. And yes I have a tactile sign language interpreter who is certified that’s with me at all my doctors appointments. But my girlfriend who has a deaf mom and dad she just comes to my house just to do basic stuff with me over the phone. Long as I have it on speaker. And I do tell the doctors when they call me that I have my friend with me that’s either signing or sending a text to my iPad because I have a blue focus Pro Display that links up to my iPhone and my iPad. And they are able to talk to me when I tell them I’m by myself they will try again to call me when she’s here. But my family only text with me because it’s faster.
