I believe that this topic might be better for the affiliate level, but, how
about nutrition, meal planning, budgeting, portion sizes and basic health as it
relates to eating well. As we all know things change as we age and having a
good handle on what's best nutritionally as well as overall health changes.
Diet is one of those four letter words doctors do not wish to talk about. Also,
diet doesn't mean only weight-loss but what you eat and how to get the best
calories for the buck and the body.
