As promised, here is info for a responsive Supervisor at PSTA/TD Tampa Bay.
If you have problems, she could be helpful . She has assisted me on several
occasions. 

 

Please note that you cannot add a stop to your trip. Also, you cannot
schedule a trip in advance or tip the driver through the rideshare apps. If
you do, you will be charged for the full amount of the trip. If you tip, you
must tip drivers in cash.
