I went to my pt appointment at the Florida Orthopedic Institute.  When it ended today, I went outside to sit on a bench just to the left of the front door.  Unbeknownst to me, the driver went inside without asking the one person on the bench if I was Louise Peyton.  When the front desk indicated I wasn't inside, the driver came out and left without looking for me with my white cane that was very visible.  Additionally, the customer profiles no longer show if you're visually impaired, mobility impaired, or other which they used to have.  Needless to say, I spent over $11 to get home via Lyft.
I asked Melissa Hernandez voice mail who I could file a formal complaint with.  What a mess!

Hello all,

I have reapplied for Hart Plus eligibility, and it's been over a week since they should have received my application.  Does anyone know who I can call to get a status on it? Customer service has no clue.
