Hi everyone

I just found an another app that can be used for the blind and visually impaired. I found it in the App Store.

The name of it is called Lazarillo -accessible GPS

It is a GPS for those who is blind and visually impaired. It let you explore the world around you and set up routes.

It will tell you the street and the route you’re on. And it can detect like radio to let you know. And also restaurants along your route and stores. And if you’re in the mall, it can also help you find a certain store in the mall for an example, it’ll help you find the Apple Store at international mall or the cheesecake factory at international mall. That’s just some examples.

And it is free in the App Store. For those who do not want to use Be My Eyes. Or find it easier. Just using this app. And it’s free. I found out about it a few hours ago from my job coach that works through vocational, rehab or VR, who paid for my $4000 set of hearing aids. That’s Bluetooth. And yes the CHOP coaches I work with works with people who’s deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf blind. Or I can link my phone up to my hearing aids and walk along.

When I get a chance, I’m going to try this free app out and let you know how it works along with the other app that I sent by email couple hours ago.

And if you forget where the bank is, you can also use it defined the bank and or the vet. If you have one of those days you’re just confused.

Sending all my love always
Ineko ❤️🤟😊
