> We are holding our next convention planning meeting on Wednesday, March 22, at 8 p.m. The Zoom information is below. We will be choosing our convention theme from the list of convention themes submitted by members of our affiliate. We will also assign the remaining duties not yet assigned. Our convention planning list will be up and running by the end of the month, so we can share information amongst ourselves in a closed list.

> Chapter presidents please make sure to share this email with your chapter’s convention planning committee members, in addition to the submitted themes for us to pick a winner from. See you all on Wednesday!
> 4th Wednesday of each month: Closed convention planning will be the fourth Wednesday of each month, beginning on Wednesday, February 22 at 8 p.m.

> 1st Sunday of each month: Open convention planning will be the first Sunday of each month, beginning on Sunday, March 5 at 8 p.m.
