thanks  for  the  info.  There  is  another  app  that  works  well  with  magnification  not  sure  about  voiceover  called  OYW  pro  it  has  many  biblical  texts  in  hebrew  and  some  English  translations  as  well.

The Artscroll Digital Library app isi also reasonably accessible, as is the Siddur app. They're at least useable but their are some quirks. The Chabad apps are completely inaccessible, unless there have been some changes I'm unaware of.

Foundation have accessible apps-the latter is simpler to use and can be
