[NFBJ] accessible Torah apps

Thanks for sharing these Rachel!
The Artscroll Digital Library app isi also reasonably accessible, as is
the Siddur app. They're at least useable but their are some quirks. The
Chabad apps are completely inaccessible, unless there have been some
changes I'm unaware of.
