On Saturday, November 9 at 5:30 p.m. ET, join JBI and Central Synagogue as
we kick off a three-part poetry series, beginning with a hybrid Zoom and
in-person, fully accessible poetry reading and discussion.

This program features Ed Hirsch, MacArthur Fellow and nationally acclaimed
poet, and Jessica Jacobs, poet and Founder of the organization Yetzirah: A
Hearth for Jewish Poetry. The event will be moderated by Rabbi Sivan
Rotholz of Central Synagogue.

For those joining us in person, the entrance is on East 55th Street and
Lexington Avenue in Manhattan (enter on 55th Street). Doors open at 5 p.m.
for light refreshments.

Ed and Jessica’s poems will be available to request in braille, audio, or
large print for all participants upon registering. ASL interpretation will
