John the way I read this is there is only assistance for 1st timers only no one 
else?  Just wanted to be sure b4 i have the members fill out and no need of it?

*NFBK  plans to award financial assistance according to need for First-Time  
Applicants.  The organization does  expect that you share a room when possible. 
 the NFBK State Board requires you to  remain in General Sessions throughout the 
day, to attend the Banquet for certain  and other events and activities as time 
allows.  NFBK promotes  self-reliance and responsibility!
