National Industries for the Blind and Bosma Enterprises are seeking five (5) legally blind, highly-motivated and experienced Contact Center Beneficiary
Service Representatives proficient in assistive technology to begin work on a sixteen (16) week Pilot Program in Louisville, KY starting in January 2011.


Responsibilities will be to handle inbound calls, resolve customer service issues and effectively communicate information with internal and external customers
via phone and/or the Customer's web site. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. 

Pilot candidates are required to have the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this Pilot: 

. High School diploma/GED equivalent required. 
. Two (2) years customer service experience required.
. Two (2) years technical experience in a managed care environment desired.
. 1-3 years of military, healthcare or managed care or related experience desired.
. May substitute equivalent education and/or experience for degree
. U.S. Citizenship is required.
. Proficiency with Assistive Technology required.
. Excellent Customer Service skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
Punctual and reliable.
Analytical and organizational skills required
Team building skills desired.
. Typing proficiency of 35 wpm.
. Proficient with Data Entry and multiple application navigation.
. Proficient with basic Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
. Works well with team members and other departments.
. Proactive problem-solver.

Upon the successful completion of the pilot phase, it is our intent that the five beneficiary service positions will become regular full time positions.
There will also be future opportunities for additional beneficiary service representative positions. Some relocation assistance may be available.
