Humanware and UPS Deliver Support for
  National Federation of the Blind

Humanware and UPS Will Sponsor the NFB National Convention

Baltimore, Maryland (January 13, 2010): The National Federation of the
Blind (NFB), the nation?s oldest and largest organization of blind people in
the country, today announced that both UPS and Humanware have signed on to
be platinum-level sponsors of the National Federation of the Blind national
convention to be held in Dallas this summer. The national convention
gathers nearly three thousand blind people each year to discuss issues of
importance to the blind. The 2010 event will be the largest disability
conference of its kind this year.

Dr. Marc Maurer, President of the National Federation of the Blind, said:
?We are pleased to have UPS and Humanware as sponsors of our national
convention. The national convention is always a momentous event, bringing
thousands of blind people together to share ideas about how we will effect
positive change across the country. With the help of our generous sponsors,
this year?s convention will surely be the best we have ever held. We
sincerely thank UPS and Humanware for their commitment to improving the
lives of the blind in America.?

The 2010 NFB national convention will take place from July 3 to July 8, at
the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas. To learn more about the exciting
sponsorship opportunities available, please contact Karen Zakhnini at (410)
659-9314, extension 2297, or visit
