Description of Vacancy's Duties :	 Provides assessment, vocational
counseling & caseload management services. Collects & evaluates medical,
psychiatric, vocational reports and make recommendation on
eligibility.Works with consumer to plan rehabilitation services such as
goals, services on IPE, service providers and responsibilities.Performs
job development, analysis, determines & arranges services for employment
outcomes/follow-up services.Provides training, serves on task forces,
fiscal management of caseload budget and supervision of an
administrative assistant.	
Selection Method :	 Qualifying: All candidates who apply and meet
the minimum requirements are eligible for placement on the register for
hiring consideration.

Characteristics of the Class :	 Determines eligibility for persons for
vocational rehabilitation services and provides vocational
rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities seeking gainful
employment; and performs other duties as required.	
Typical Working Conditions and Unique Physical Requirements :	 Work is
performed primarily in an office setting. Occasional travel will be
required to coordinate services between customers and the agency.
