Sharon--Yes, we will be putting out the list of auction items before hand.  Not exactly sure yet when that will be, but we will do it.
Sarah and Melanie are working on child care, and I know Melanie has ask one of her friends/babysitters if she'd do it. I haven't received confirmation on that though.
    I'm sure you and the girls are missing Mario like crazy. Please give him my best and I look forward to seeing you and the girls at the chili supper.  If you have any more questions please let me know.

  Just have a couple of questions concerning the chilies supper and auction: the first being whose going to be in charge of childcare?  

  The second: are you going to send out a list of the items that are going to be auctioned I'm sure that's a little more work for you however, it does make it nice to know in advance what's there.

  Hope things are going well for you and your family.  Mario has already left for Wa. so, the girls and I are fending for ourselves.  It's challenging but fun.

    Hello everyone!
        We are a little over 2 weeks away from the 2011 NFBGL Chili Supper & Auction.  This years event will be held on Saturday February 26th at the Christ Church Cathedral, 421 South Second Street.  The event will begin with chili being served at 4pm till 5:30pm, the auction will start about 6pm.  The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for kids 12 and under.  There will be a child care room this year and there will be a cost of $3 per child.

        We could use your help in collecting auction items. I have attached a copy of the donation request letter, so if you are out and about please hand these out and let people know we'd greatly appreciate their support.  You can also help us spread the word about the event, tell your friends, family, co-workers and church members.  Our event is always a huge success and this year should be no different.

        We'd love to invite our fellow Federationist from other chapters, we have a great time at this event and would like to have some with you guys.
