      AccessWorks Testing Portal

      Dear Disability Advocate and Service Provider:

      This is a special message for your clients with disabilities who use a screen reader, a special keyboard or other assistive technology with their computers. Please let them know they can be paid to test web sites for accessibility. And their testing will help make the internet more accessible to people with disabilities!

      People who use assistive technology and would like to be paid testers, can go to Knowbility's AccessWorks Testing Portal at:

      Click on "Create A PayPal Account, Register As A Paid User Login."

      The AccessWorks Testing Portal is a database of web users with disabilities who use assistive devices to use their computer and access the web. Usability and Marketing Professionals from all over the globe will select users from the database to do remote testing through Loop11's powerful web-based testing tool.

      Please be assured that this project is NOT a marketing campaign. This is an effort by Knowbility, a nonprofit organization, http://www.knowbility.org/v/about/ and Loop11 http://www.loop11.com/ to make the internet more accessible to people with disabilities. AccessWorks data is kept strictly confidential. Users in the database are completely anonymous. Information contained in the database is not used by Knowbility or Loop11 for any other purpose, nor is it distributed to or used in any other way by any outside entities.

      This is a tremendous opportunity to make the internet much more accessible to people with disabilities!
