Description of Job Duties

Provides professional support to the office by assisting in development,
implementation, & maintenance of programs such as timekeeping, personnel
activities, and special projects. Assists with interpretations &
determinations on fiscal and case management matters; responsible for
retention of records to meet program, state, and federal requirements;
manages and coordinates the case system for reports, reimbursements,
vendors, processing documents, and fiscal/budgetary matters; generates
monthly reports. Acts a point of contact for consumers in the absence of
the counselors or other professional staff; provides information,
consultation/technical assistance, to staff, One-Stop partners, vendors,
consumers and the public and makes referrals. Composes letters and
memorandum; gathers documentation for reports or projects; conducts
research; executes planning and logistical arrangements for meetings and
events, and other duties as assigned.
