These are questions some of us have been asking for years. Unfortunately I think things are only going to get worse since MV has lost the contract. Once again, when the new contractor takes over in October, we will have the opportunity to improve the service and, once again we will try. I hope that everyone who uses the service will remember the problems they have had and join us in trying to find a solution.
