Attached you will find the electronic versions of the Draft Policies
developed with regard to Tuition Assistance Policy and Cataract Surgery
Policy.  As you are aware I brought this to your attention during our
February 2012 meeting and as promised I wanted to share the draft with you
so you can be prepared on May 18th to discuss your concerns and
recommendations.  In addition I am including a flyer about the required
Public Hearings that will occur later this month and required anytime a
major policy change is recommended.  Please feel free to distribute and
circulate the public hearing and draft policy information to your networks.
If you have specific questions don't hesitate to contact me.
