[Nfbk] Love the new voting machines

I love Indiana's new accessible voting machines!

They now use Eloquence for the speech, have a speed control (hallelujah),
the summary only lists the candidate that you picked instead of listing each
and announcing selected or not selected, and most important . . . it now
uses the same paper ballots as everyone else so that my vote is tallied just
like everyone else instead of being a separate count (which meant that they
knew how you voted when you were the only one using the machine all day).

Beside the fact that the machine was once again not setup until I arrived
and we had to wait for the technician because of a problem with the
cartridge (the man apologized because he got busy and didn't set it up when
he knew he should have because he remembered I would be there to use it),
the new system made my actual voting at the machine at least a third of the
time it usually takes because of the new speed controls and a more
streamlined summary page.
