Hello Kathy,

Beginning August 1, 2013 there are two Work Incentives Planning & Assistance
(WIPA)  projects in KY.  They are located at Center for Accessible Living in
Louisville and Independence Place, Inc. in Lexington.  The two Centers for
Independent Living serve regions of the state, so depending on which county
that you live in will determine which Center will serve you.  The WIPA
project provides the accurate information that is specific to your situation
regarding SSDI and other federal benefits and how working may impact your
benefits.

Good morning to all,

 

I receive ssdi and a partial survivor benefits on my husbands retirement , I
know that I can work and earn so much with just my ssdi but now that I have
a partial survivor benefits too does anyone know if I still can work or not.
