[Nfbk] Radio Eye Partners with E K U

Radio Eye has partnered with Eastern Kentucky University and WEKU to expand the coverage area for its radio reading service and add new programming specifically for Eastern Kentucky. To qualify for this service, users must be visually impaired and must submit an application (linked below). Listeners can access the broadcast in several ways:
1. Special radios provided by Radio Eye
2. Streaming audio on the Radio Eye website: http://libguides.uky.edu/CKRE
3. NFB Newsline - call a local access number
4. Mobile phone users - iBlink radio app

The counties where Radio Eye broadcasts can be heard include: Anderson, Bell, Bourbon, Boyle, Breathitt, Bullitt, Casey, Clark, Clay, Fayette, Floyd, Franklin, Garrard, Harlan, Henry, Jackson, Jefferson, Jessamine, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Lincoln, Madison, McCreary, Meade, Mercer, Montgomery, Morgan, Nelson, Oldham, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Scott, Shelby, Spencer, Trimble, Wayne, Whitley, Wolfe, and Woodford.
