Indeed it is, Melanie. This can also be access on the TAD website. See:
http://www.nfbkentuckytad.org/resources.html. We have both selected video
and audio content on this page on the site, and Bruce Gardner happens to be
among the ones we have selected - the first audio link.

I was very inspired by what I heard and also plan on using what Bruce has
shared with us at some point in the future.

Cheers,

Todd

Subject: [Nfbk] Using the Victor Reader Stream as an audible teleprompter

Good Monday Morning everyone -

I hope all who attended our state convention over the weekend are as
motivated as I am to make October a successful Meet the Blind Month and
continue the momentum throughout the year! We heard some truly inspiring
words from our NFBK and National leaders and I don't know about you, but it
put a fire under me to kick things in high gear!

I wanted to share something with you all that I believe will be very helpful
to many of us. The following link is to an audio presentation given by Bruce
Gardner at the 2013 NFB National Convention about how to use the Victor
Reader Stream as an audio teleprompter when giving speeches or
presentations. http://www.blindhow.com/posts/729#content I would love to be
as fluent and speedy a Braille reader as was Dr. Jernigan, but unfortunately
I'm not and I still have to occasionally give talks so I need a good method
in place to do so. I'm so excited about the potential this has for me and I
hope you all find it useful as well.

Regards,

Melanie
