This is not quite on the same topic, but I have a couple of suggestions for 
TARC 3.

1. Do we have to hear those same three messages over and over again. They 
aren't even in a loop. Sometimes, one will play as many as five times in a 
row.

Rather than having the need to call one number for reservations, one number 
for cancellations, and another one for business concerns, why can't the 
system switch between them?

Those are my thoughts.
