[Nfbk] Last weekends chili supper

I would like to address the issue regarding my dog at the NFVK chili supper last weekend.  It has been brought to my attention by more than one person, that many people have been spreading rumors and gossip about the incident, and even going as far as talking about calling the school to report it.  To be honest, I have to say that I am very dismayed at the fact that people that I consider to be my friends would do this, especially not knowing the situation, or having the facts about the situation. The person who was involved in the incident, is someone that I have known for many years, and we discussed it immediately after, and everything on that and is fine. As far as the school, my trainer, and the school, are both fully aware of the  issue, and it is being handled. Honestly, I am a little disappointed and offended at the lack of support, and that this has been blown way out of proportion, and the fact that people have approached me about the incident who were not even there, and are not even NFB members. I would like to think Melanie Peskoe for stepping in, and handling the situation professionally and calmly. As for my dog, she is a wonderful sweet and friendly dog, with a great personality, and a great worker, Who has typical two-year-old tendencies, and we have only been together as a team for 4 months.
