> LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 24, 2014) – Volunteers are needed to assist as Louisville again hosts the National Wheelchair Basketball Association Championships. The event runs April 3-6, at the Kentucky Exposition Center, 937 Phillips Lane.

> Louisville Metro Parks & Recreation serves on the local organizing committee for this event, and assists in volunteer coordination. Volunteers can get involved in a variety of ways, including event set-up, cleanup, greeter/registration, scorekeeping, timekeeping, transportation, information booth staffing and general errands. Training and instruction will be provided; no experience is necessary. Individual and group volunteer sign-ups are welcome.
