Each recipiant of these funds must attend all General session meetings and
the Banquet.

Please answer the following questions: 

 

1.--Have you ever attended an NFB National Convention? 

 

2.-Are you a current member of the National Federation of the blind of
Kentucky? (Having paid dues to a local chapter, division or to NFBK since
August 1, 2014.) If so, please provide membership details.  

 

3.-Are you interested in volunteering in some capacity at the National
Convention?  

 

4.-Have you made any of your reservations as of yet? 

 

Due to limited funds, these requests will be approved on a "first come,
first serve" basis.
