Dear Allison,

 

Spencer Stuart is partnering with the Board of Helen Keller Services to
identify and recruit an Executive Vice President, and our client is
interested in identifying qualified candidates who represent the community
that HKS serves. We would value your suggestions of individuals we should be
considering for the role.  

 

Based at the agency's headquarters in Brooklyn and part of a potential long
term succession plan, the EVP role is new within the agency, and it's an
opportunity for a talented leader to partner with a dynamic CEO at this
respected organization which enables individuals who are blind,
visually-impaired, deaf-blind and/or have combined hearing-vision loss to
live, work and thrive in their community of choice.  HKS currently has a $23
million operating budget and approximately 300 staff.

I've included the position specification for your reference. If anyone comes
to mind, please let us know.  I'm happy to schedule a call to chat more
about them but I also welcome your thoughts via email.
