[Nfbk] Attention Louisville TARC3 Customers

That's not good!  Anyone else have any TARC3 issues this week?  The Greater 
Louisville chapter is trying to get a TARC3 representative to join us at our 
October meeting to go over some the recent changes to the reservation 
criteria.

I just tried to schedule a ride for the weekend, and the call taker said 
their computers were down and they were only scheduling for tomorrow.
