[NFBK] 2020 Convention Uodate

Good Afternoon All,
I am sure by now all of you know that we will be holding our 2020 National
convention virtually via the Zoom platform. President Riccobono is working
on the agenda. Rest assured it will look very much like an in-person
meeting. There will be reports and resolutions, division meetings,
scholarships, guest speakers, a presidential report, and much moor. The
biggest challenge will be scheduling meeting times that are convenient for
the majority. Keep in mind our Hawaii members are 6 hours behind us.
Registration is Free! We are asking everyone to register as if you were
still going to Houston. This will most likely be the largest convention in
the history of the organization. And there is another reason to
register...door prizes. Don’t ask how this will be handled. Details are
being worked out. If you have already registered and paid your $25 and
purchased a banquet ticket you will be contacted regarding your refund.
If you have made hotel reservations You should be hearing from the Hilton
shortly after the first of May.
I will continue to keep you posted as I learn more details.
