[NFBK] Scholarship Application Deadline Extended

The NFB of Kentucky has extended the deadline for receiving academic
scholarship applications to August 15, 2020.  During its meeting last week
the board of directors of the NFB of Kentucky voted unanimously to move the
2020 state convention to a virtual platform, rather than an in person
convention.  Scholarship finalists will be required to virtually attend and
participate in the convention that is scheduled for Fri., Oct 2-Sat., Oct.
3, 2020.  Convention details will be posted at a later time.  Please see the
National Federation of the Blind of Kentucky web page for scholarship
application and requirements.  The scholarship committee looks forward to
