[NFBK] Resolution 2020-1

Good Afternoon,
Attached you will find a resolution passed by the NFBK Board of Directors
regarding Accessible voting for the blind and print impaired. We have all
heard about the expected changes in how polling precincts may or may not be
accessible to us and others with print impairments. All of this has, of
course, come about because of the Coronavirus pandemic. However,
vote-by-mail has become so popular and efficient in many other states that
it is most likely that it will become a real option for us here in
Kentucky. As always the NFB is trying to stay on top of the situation. We
want to make sure that what ever system or systems is chosen that it is
accessible.
