Jessica Elliott is a workforce professional with almost ten years’ experience in training and development advising job seekers in effective self-awareness, verbal and written expression, and the confidence necessary to be “skilled and expensive.”  She has worked at non-profit and for-profit agencies and is excited to be officially working for the state this past year to help even more Kentuckians recognize opportunities for personal growth, fulfillment, and connection to the world.
