>> Communicate on consumer progress with McDowell staff and referring VR counselor through recommendations and updates in progress notes, staff meetings, and written assessment reports, monthly reports and final reports
>> Work closely with the voc prep unit team, and provides consultation services to VR staff. Makes recommendations for mental health referrals when needed, and provides updates that are communicated with the team through progress notes, staff meetings, and written assessment reports, monthly reports and final reports.
>> Evaluate medical, psychological, vocational, training and other case records. Develop an individual training plan for consumers based on their specific needs and goals.
