SCVR,

 

I wanted to let you know that OVR received the rest of the grant award that
also contained a cost-of-living increase.   Fiscal is plugging in the
numbers and is making new projections.  I know we still have work to do to
get to where we need to be in following the guidance and correcting the
priority categories, but receipt of the award was very good news.  We have
not received the approved state plan amendment back from the Rehabilitation
Services Administration, so we do not have a date yet for OOS
implementation.  As soon as we hear from RSA regarding approval  we will be
communicating that with the Council.   We continue to work on the
definitions and getting the public hearings set up to gain further  input on
the definitions.  Thank you and let me know if you have any questions.
