[Nfbktad] Still Trying to figure out NVDA

Thanks Tonia,

      I definitely am still using the mouse.  I seem to have a lot of 
difficulty with keyboards.  Today, even watching my fingers, and hearing 
the buttons click, it took four tries to get the "ctrl" and the "c" 
buttons to actually copy an email address.

      I am hoping to get the paperwork processed so I can come in for 
training.
