[NFBKTAD] Chapters and Division Dues for 2026

Todd,

I went to pay TAD dues and received the following page error after 
submitting my info it goes to paypal and after paypal processes I get:

There is a validation error with your HTML input. Your activity is a bit 
suspicious, hence aborting

Also, you may want to edit the page as the address fields are not in the 
standard order and may confuse people when they are trying to review 
their information.
It has country, address line, state, city, zip. And when I tried to auto 
fill it didn't like US in the address and said none found and only 
allowed United States. These are trivial things for when you have time.
