Subject: Reasonable Accommodation Survey

Hello,

The DBTAC: Mid-Atlantic ADA Center and the University of Maryland are
conducting a study on reasonable accommodations. We are requesting your
assistance in encouraging people to take the survey. We feel that this
will produce really valuable information to employers and to people with
disabilities. We are looking for employers, employees with
disabilities who have requested accommodations and providers who have
advised either group about the accommodation process to take the survey.
Those who are interested will be offered the opportunity for a gift
certificate lottery at the completion of the survey.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact
me.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!!

Marian

The DBTAC: Mid-Atlantic ADA Center and the University of Maryland are
conducting a research study on the reasonable accommodation process. The
purpose of this study is to compare perceptions of the significance of
factors affecting job accommodation requests and provision among persons
with disabilities, employers who are employing persons with
disabilities, and service providers. The survey takes approximately 15
minutes and those who complete the survey will have a 1 in 10 chance to
receive a $20 Amazon gift card. (50 random winners in total)

If participants have any questions about the research study itself or
need alternative formats of the survey (e.g. Braille and large
print-outs), contact the University of Maryland at (301)405-9126 or by
email at dbtac07 at umd.edu.
