Building Communities Today for Tomorrow, Inc. (BCTT) a community based human
services provider is in need of Individual Educational Planning (IEP) Aides
to provide services to our BALTIMORE CITY PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS

.

IEP aides are responsible for providing instructional support services,
which include monitoring student behavior, implementing service plans,
consulting with school officials regarding student behavior, and identifying
and implementing behavior management strategies. 

IEP Aides must have completed two (2) years of study (48 credit hours) at an
institution of higher education or have obtained an AA (or higher) degree.



We are searching for individuals with a desire and a passion to work with
developmentally and physically disabled students, during school hours.

Salary ($9.50-$11.50).   BCTT conducts criminal background and drug testing
as well as 60 hour behavior management training
